Digger has been in, looking good out here!

Franklin Mountain Bike Club Inc has been fortunate enough to secure some funding from Ground Effect clothing to help develop our berm section and build a new line of jumps for the kids. Thanks Ground Effect!

On Friday 25 October we had Grant Kern in with his digger for 10 hours so now we have a sweet new jump line for the kids up by the pump track. Luke has shaped them by hand but they haven’t had any rain on them yet, so may need that to let them harden up a bit.

Here are a few photos showing what it’s looking like out there at the moment, looking pretty good if you ask me! Panorama berms Panorama jumps Panorama pump track(The pictures will display in Panorama mode if you click on them individually)

Moral of the story is: it’s worth coming out for a drive to have a have a look/ride.

Pump track evenings happening again

Just a reminder that our weekly pump track evenings are happening throughout summer.

At the moment it is set down for a Tuesday from 5:30 – 7pm. Please note that this may change in the near future to Monday night, check the website for more info as it happens.

Everyone welcome, no cost, just come along and have some fun!

XC track cleared and ready to ride

Over the last few weeks Clinton, Benny and a few of the other guys have been in the bush with the blower and weedeater so now you can actually see where you’re riding!

The up hill section has also been mown so all in all the track is looking good and ready to ride!

Enjoy these long evenings and see you out there!
